Our policy lasts 30 days, after which the product has been confirmed. If it has been 30 days since payment was received, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.
To be entitled to a return, the item must be unused and in the same condition as the recipient. It must also be in its original packaging.
Additional non-returnable products:
* Gift tickets
* All health and personal care products.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Please note that you will receive a return to the manufacturer.
Refund can be guaranteed for any particular situation: (this is applicable)
* Any item that is not in its original condition, has been damaged or deteriorated by damaged parts in our homes.
*Any item that will appear more than 30 days after delivery.

Once you see that your return has been received and inspected, please send us an email to notify you that you have received your return. Please notify us of the approval or confirmation of your refund.
If you are approved, you will be processed and your credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original payment method within days.
NOTE: The total value of the rehire is a 10% charge for operational processes and this is automatically reduced. 90% of the return will be refunded to the customer.
Late or lost refunds (applicable wall)
If you have not received your refund, please send a check to your bank account or else.
Contact your credit card company; You can contact your credit card company before re-charging, it will be officially posted.
Next, contact your bank. It often takes some time before your refund is posted.

Only regular priced items will be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

Gifts
If the item was sold as a reward when you purchased it and shipped directly to you, you will receive a credit for the value of the purchase. Once you have received the item, a registration certificate will be mailed to you.
If the item is not sold as a reward when purchased, or if the buyer wants the item to be purchased more slowly, the buyer will be refunded and their return will be reduced.
